Tool of the trade

One of the things we have been using for the past 4 years is this amazing camera (it's a top of the line FLIR E8 Infared camera that detects, hot, cold and moisture).

This has been such a beneficial tool and is something we offer as an add on to your home inspections.

We have found multiple roof leaks that otherwise we honestly don't think we would have been able to detect, along with many other things that were otherwise undetectable to the naked eye.

We take pride in being thorough and touch as many things as we can. We look for any hidden signs of water damage, but we don't have x-ray vision and can't see behind walls. With this tool we can confidently say that this thing is as close to being able to see through walls as you can get.
