We work hard to be professional and friendly to all our clients and we don't take advantage of our client's pocketbook. We treat you like the family we like, not the ones we don't. We enjoy educating everyone during their inspection, from first time home buyers to seasoned buyers. We love having our clients with us to walk through and learn about the home as we go through it. We provide an on-site report that you will receive in your e-mail within 30 minutes of your inspection being completed. Our reports are detailed and easy to read as well as we realize your time is valuable, so we offer 5 day inspections guaranteed.

We go through a home, inside and out to make sure it is structurally sound, all the components of the home are working properly, and if not, we write them up in the report that the client will receive after the inspection.

why I started this business:

I started in the construction industry, but that took it’s toll on me. It was a great experience when I was younger and single, but once I got married and had kids, the life it provided did not work with what I wanted anymore. I wanted to be a part of my daughters lives and being a commercial plumber/pipefitter didn't allow for that.

I have always enjoyed being around people and helping anyone I could, whenever I could with my skill sets. With the extensive construction background that I have from numerous projects and jobs that I had before becoming a plumber, I wanted to find something that I could use that knowledge and skill set for and be able to help people on a bigger/more personal scale, so I decided becoming a Home Inspector was what I wanted.
